Muahal aims to develop the technical and leadership capabilities of the local workforce for the Nusaned supported opportunities or for companies endorsed by SABIC LCBDU. This is to ensure that investors have the right workforce to execute the opportunity in a competitive and sustainable way. Training sponsorship will be at the discretion of SABIC and will be based on several factors including nature of the project, value add to KSA Vision 2030 targets etc.

Muahal is linked to providing local workforce development and training for investor opportunities which qualify through Entema.

SABIC customized training programs in partnership with other relevant local or global institutes to ensure the investors have access to the right workforce capabilities. SABIC will leverage its extensive Learning and Development infrastructure to deliver the highest quality programs.

Technical trainings will be provided through degrees and apprenticeship programs in maintenance, operations, logistics, etc. Further, Executive MBA programs will be offered for leadership and management development.
